About this job:
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for production in your area of responsibility, ensuring product quality and line efficiency.
On a daily basis, your role will consist in:
Providing daily technical support on the production lines in order to achieve the objectives
Ensuring compliance of settings and format changes
Optimizing production line equipment settings
Respecting the quality control procedures and preventive maintenance operations, according to the plan
Leading continuous improvement groups (5S, TPM, …).

The group has 3,500 employees and generates a turnover of £700 million. The activity is mainly focused on the production of cleaning products – and secondarily on cosmetic products – in various forms: products in liquid, powder or aerosol form.
These products are mainly intended for the mass retail sector, and more exceptionally on a subcontracting basis on behalf of a few brands.
The Rosporden site includes 135 employees. It specialises in the manufacture of aerosol products for the cosmetics and cleaning sectors.
It is structured into various departments dedicated to production such as packaging, manufacturing, quality, logistics & distribution, maintenance and supply chain, but also other support departments such as HSE, R&D, finance, sales management and HR, which all have the same objective: customer satisfaction!

Terms and conditions
Permanent position located in Rosporden in Finistère (29)
Shift work: 2*8 at first, with 3*8 at term
